The KE-665JSKA is engineered for demanding production environments. Eleven integrated processing stations — including diamond-cutter pre-milling, a pre-heating unit, and a dedicated corner trimming unit — deliver flawless edges at speeds up to 23 meters per minute. Controlled through an intuitive 7″ PLC touchscreen and built on robotically welded rigid steel frames for vibration-free operation. Backed by lifetime remote diagnostics.

Each panel passes through eleven precision stations — from diamond-cutter pre-milling and pre-heating through corner rounding and flat scraping — for a seamless, production-ready finish every time.
Pre-Milling
Twin 3.7kW motors with diamond cutters (ø125mm, Z3+3) at 12,000 RPM prepare the panel edge before gluing for optimum adhesion. Pneumatically controlled with fully enclosed dust shrouding.
Pre-Heating
Warms the panel edge before glue application to ensure thorough melting of the adhesive — critical for cold and high-humidity environments.
Gluing Unit with Pre-Melt
5-liter Teflon-coated EVA hot-melt glue pot with rotating gluing roller for even application. Includes strip feeder for strips up to 6mm and autoloader with knurled roller for PVC & ABS edges.
Pressure Rollers
One 100mm pre-pressure roller and four post-rollers press edge tape firmly onto the panel surface for uniform adhesion and a secure bond.
End Trimming
Linear guideway structure at 45° with dual 0.35kW motors at 12,000 RPM removes extra edge tape from the front and back of each board with two independent saw blades.
Rough Trimming
Two powerful 0.75kW motors at 12,000 RPM with milling cutters and steel positioning guides handle the initial top and bottom edge trimming with independent dust covers.
Fine Trimming
Two 0.55kW motors at 12,000 RPM with R2 milling cutters and positioning device with independent shrouds on cutters for longer service life.
Corner Trimming
Dedicated corner rounding unit driven by two 0.3kW motors at 12,000 RPM with planar linkage and 4 R2 3Z corner trimming tools. Rotating angle adjusts automatically via electric sensor.
Scraping
R2 cutters scrape the edge for clean banding with high-pressure compressed air nozzles directed at upside and underside cutters for cooling and scrap removal.
Flat Scraping
Additional flat scraping station with R2 cutters and high-pressure air nozzles ensures a perfectly smooth, clean edge surface on all flat profiles.
Buffing
Two nonstick cloth buffing wheels powered by dedicated motors deliver a polished, production-ready finish as the final processing step.
